We can work with your company on an hourly basis or on a contract basis. With contract jobs we will want to visit the project site before quoting a contract price.

We often begin working with our client’s weeks before a project is scheduled for completion. Our customer service team proactively calls project managers and site managers to find out what projects they are working on and approximately when those projects will need to be cleaned. This enables us to smoothly manage the cleaning of your project from quotation to completion Like you, we also know that many construction projects do not run according to strict timetables. Delays are often the rule rather than the exception. We will always remain flexible to a project’s changing schedule.
